Completing a Job

When you finish a Job, you change the status on the Job card to Completed. Be sure you have recorded all usage and invoices associated with the Job before changing the status. Once you have changed the status to Completed, you can now change status as needed.

We recommend that you use the statistics on a completed Job to help you plan future Jobs. You can also compare actual costs of the Job to what you budgeted. Be sure to keep this information not only for comparing, but also for use as a guideline or template for future Jobs.
