Actual vs Budget Cost by APO
This report compares Jobs budget against actual costs and shows budget remaining along with percentage of budget used. You have an OPTION TAB to select more detail such as Process or Operation Level and ability to select to include Job changes.

Actual vs Budget Price by APO
This report is budgeted price (contract) by Cost Activity, Process and Operations Codes.

Jobs Gross Profit by APO
This report is showing the gross profitability by Activities, Processes and Operations with profit percentage.

Actual vs Budget Price by RAPO
This report is for showing all invoiced Revenue Activities, Processes and Operations along with contract values.

Actual vs Budget Jobs Hour
This is report is for comparing budgeted hours verses actual hours for each Job.

Job Cost Category Summary
This report is showing the cost categories vertically along with estimates, committed costs and actual costs in summary for each Job.

Bonding
This report is common for bonding and insurance companies that provide special Job insurance coverage or bonding insurances. There are two options for calculating the percentage of completion. The sample shown is the first method which is calculated using actual costs divided by budgeted costs. The second option is calculated using the manually entered percentage of completion in the Job card.

Percentage of Completion
This report is used by Job managers and accountants to assess the completion of each Job. This report is used to indicate what portion of each contract has been earned. There are two options for calculating the percentage of completion. The sample shown is the first method which is calculated using actual costs divided by budgeted costs.
