Key Performance Indicators

ProjectPro KPIs are presented on the Role Center for constant monitoring and One-Click access to detail.

The “Calculation Time Horizon” is the date range used for our KPI calculations from the “Work Date”.

  • % of Completed Jobs Finished on Time
    This represents the percentage of jobs between the time horizon dates with a status of completed where the actual date completed is compared to the estimated date to complete.
  • % of Running Jobs that are Cash Positive
    This represents the percentage of jobs between the time horizon dates that has billings that are exceeding their costs.
  • Job Backlog for Planning to Running
    This represents the value of contracts for all planning through running jobs less billings to date.
  • Avg. % of Margin Variance to Business Plan
    This represents the average percentage of profit margin estimated per job against the actual margin within the time horizon dates.
  • Avg. % of Gross Profit
    This represents the average percentage of gross profit within the time horizon dates of active and closed jobs.
