Key Reports On Role Center

Some of the reports which available under different sections of ProjectPro role center are:

  • Aged Retention Receivable and Payables
    This is a standard construction receivable and payable report with options for “show Retention” values along with regular receivable and payable transactions in a separate column, Retentions Only or Retentions Only that are “Due”.
  • Progress Billings – AIA G702, G703, Generic
    The progress billings documents use the AIA G702 and G703 format or you can select a generic format. This enables contractor to bill percentages, units, or lump sum values toward contract scheduled values. Our format supports change orders to be billed on progress billings. We also maintain progress billing “versions” to enable easy corrections to rejected applications for payment.
  • Job Cost Category Summary
    This report represents the cost categories (Labor, Materials, Equipment, Subcontractor, etc.) vertically along with estimates, committed costs and actual costs in summary for each Job.
  • Actual vs. Budget Cost by APO
    This report compares actual and budgeted costs with the options of Activity Level, Process Level, Operation Level, or Detailed Transaction Level with budget remaining and percentage of budget used.
  • Job Gross Profit
    This report shows the job gross profit based on actual billings less actual costs along with percentage of profit. Option to include Sub-Level Jobs and WIP transactions.
  • Job WIP Details
    This report shows the details of job WIP process that have been run for WIP Costs, WIP Sales, Recognized Costs and Recognized Sales. Also shows whether posted to General Ledger.
  • Percentage of Completion
    This report is used by Job managers and accountants to assess the completion of each Job. This report is used to indicate what portion of each contract has been earned. There are two options for calculating the percentage of completion. The sample shown is the first method which is calculated using actual costs divided by budgeted costs. The second option is calculated using the manually entered percentage of completion in the Job card.
  • Bonding
    This report is common for bonding and insurance companies that provide special Job insurance coverage or bonding insurances. There are two options for calculating the percentage of completion. The sample shown is the first method which is calculated using actual costs divided by budgeted costs. The second option is calculated using the manually entered percentage of completion in the Job card.
  • Committed Cost Detail
    This report is a detailed list of open purchase order sorted by jobs. The transactions are items and G/L Accounts with quantities by job task and unit costs.
  • Actual vs. Budget Cost per Work Unit
    This report will show the actual verses budgeted costs per work unit by job tasks. The estimated per unit cost compared to the actual unit cost yield from the field input. Very beneficial if tracking actual work completed on the job site.
  • Subcontract Status by Job
    This report shows all subcontractors per job with their individual statuses. This includes the option to print in summary or detailed level. Detailed level show subcontracts with budgeted contract details, vendor billings, vendor payments made toward subcontracts followed by total for each subcontractor.
  • Job Material List
    This report shows a list of all job items (or G/L Accounts) summarized by like items for entire job as a procurement list. This will show the purchasing agent in summary what items need to be purchased for each job.
  • Purchase Order Status by Job
    This report is a detailed list of purchase orders by job showing vendor, items, expected delivery dates, quantity ordered, and quantity remaining to receive along with unit costs.
