Subcontracts

ProjectPro subcontract application allows for the management of subcontractors by creating subcontracts for vendors that provide subcontract work on one or more projects. Users can simply pull cost budget lines into a subcontract; then, easily create purchase orders or purchase invoices for subcontracted work. Insurance tracking is available to monitor valid certificates of insurance. Lien Release Waivers can be produced on demand during payment processing for both “Progress” and “Final” releases.
